IPSS Call Cafe solutions offer a multi-location manager, as well as ATA/VoIP phone management support. Easy to maintain and update, employees of Call Shop/Locuorios can turn on/off an ATA/VoIP phones at will, just from a web browser. The employees can see minutes used in a call, or during the day for each VoIP line. The owner of the Call Shop/Locutorios can view how employees manage the phones during specific times, view line usage, which line had the most usage or least. A report shows the amount of money charged during certain periods, per phone, per line, as well as per site, or for all the sites.
Management is performed through a web browser. In addition to what was mentioned above, the manager will also control unlimited number of Call Shops remotely, run reports on Cal Shop service usage in real time from any geographical location, add/edit/delete employees for each site, or for a group of sites, identify trends in service usage, apply pricing and promotions per call shop, and per group of call shops.
IPSS Call Cafe offers a turnkey system for both prepaid and postpaid, including VoIP phones, billing, management tools, wholesale termination, and technical support. In addition, it can be setup up with phone calling card that you resell.
However, for those VoIP resellers who want to have their own ATA/VoIP phones, as well as their own DID, they can use them without any restrictions. The difference is that we will not charge for the ATAs/VoIP phones, the DID monthly fee, or for the minutes used. The only monthly charge in this case will be for the management of the ATAs/VoIP phones, site location or locations, and software usage, and the fee is per ATA/VoIP phone.
